Position: Business Unit General Manager (Industrial Park Operation)

Job Responsibilities

1. The first person in charge of industrial park investment promotion, leading the team to conduct industrial park investment promotion, and responsible for the industrial chain construction, development progress, and the achievement of key indicators such as the amount of signed investment;

2. Coordinate resources from all parties to complete the construction of the park and the landing of enterprises;

3. Continuously explore the potential for enterprise landing investment within the park and provide services to enterprises within the park;

4. Cooperate with the industry investment promotion director to contact leading enterprises in the industry, maintain relationships, and follow up on investment promotion work;

5. Manage the daily work of the park investment promotion team;

Job Requirements

2. 10+ years of work experience, with investment promotion experience and industrial park operation experience. Those with frontline work experience in various positions in the park are preferred; also have rich team management experience;

3. Full-time undergraduate degree or above;

4. Outgoing personality, strong customer development ability.

Position: Vice President of Robotics Joint Research Institute

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate and supervise the implementation of the research institute's strategic plan according to the company's development strategic plan;

2. According to the requirements of various scientific research plans, timely organize the application of various scientific research plan projects;

3. According to the company's intellectual property protection strategy requirements, timely organize patent applications and maintenance work;

4. Formulate various rules and regulations and work procedures for the research institute, and supervise their implementation;

5. Formulate the annual scientific research budget of the research institute, and manage the scientific research funds according to the budget;

Job Requirements
