Introduction to Main Product Functions (4 Intelligent Robot Firework Automation Production Lines)
1. Intelligent Robot Combination Firework Assembly Line (Unmanned Combination Firework Assembly and Detection Line)
The combination firework assembly and detection line is mainly used in the production of flower pots, realizing mechanized production of flower pots, thereby greatly reducing manual operation and safety risks. Flower pots produced by this production line are guaranteed in terms of quality and safety.
2. Intelligent Robot Inner Tube Assembly Line (Unmanned Combination Firework Inner Tube Assembly Line)
The inner tube assembly line is mainly used in the production of inner tubes for flower pots, replacing manual operation with machines to ensure human life safety, reduce the risk of accidents, and the quality of the inner tubes produced is more guaranteed than those made manually.
3. Intelligent Robot Firecracker Ball Loading Line (Unmanned Firecracker Ball Production Line)
The firecracker ball loading production line is used in the ball loading process of firecrackers, which is also the most dangerous and accident-prone link in the firecracker production process. The state strictly controls the number of manufacturers. In 2017, only 25 qualified manufacturers remained. Replacing manual operation with machines can minimize the risk of accidents, and it is more uniform than manual ball loading, better controlling the amount of medicine, making the product quality more stable and reliable, and the product price will also increase accordingly.
4. Intelligent Firework Bright Bead Granulator (Unmanned Spherical Granulator Production Line)
The spherical granulator production line is used in the production of bright beads (i.e., effect medicine) for firecrackers and flower pots, replacing the current production process of people and simple machines. The bright beads produced are of higher quality and more uniform in size compared to those made manually, ensuring consistent burning during the process. This process is extremely dangerous and explosions often occur. Due to its danger, the workers' wages are the highest in the industry, with each factory requiring about two machines.

Flower pot types (first and second production lines) account for about 70% of the market share, firecracker types (third production line) account for about 5%, and 90% of firework processes must use granulators (fourth production line).
