Yongxiu Robot Industry Park is located in Yongxiu County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It covers an area of 430 mu (approximately 28.7 hectares), with the first phase covering 188.08 mu (approximately 12.6 hectares) and a construction area of 104,800.25 square meters. The total investment is 2 billion yuan.

Yongxiu Robot Industry Park will build one platform, one institute, and four bases.

Intelligent Manufacturing R&D and Innovation Public Service Platform: It consists of six centers: Intelligent Manufacturing Big Data Service Center, Intelligent Industry Development Research Center, Robot Exhibition and Demonstration Experience Center, Intelligent Manufacturing Education and Training Center, Intelligent Industry Financial Service Center, and Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Service Center.

Intelligent Manufacturing Joint Research Institute: It will leverage the years of technological R&D accumulation of Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. to provide technological R&D and intelligent manufacturing upgrading services for enterprises in Jiangxi Province.

Robot Application R&D and Innovation Base: Industry 4.0 R&D Integration Technology Park, Service Robot R&D Integration Technology Park, and Special Robot R&D Integration Technology Park.

Robot Equipment Production Base: Including robot equipment manufacturing factory clusters, service robot manufacturing joint factory clusters, and special robot manufacturing joint factory clusters.

Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Base: Focuses on the development and aggregation of downstream robot application enterprises and intelligent factories in the industrial chain.

Robot Application Demonstration Base: Including a robot cultural square, robot commercial service facilities, and a robot smart community.

Location Advantages:

Yongxiu County is adjacent to Nanchang City and is an important part of the national-level Ganjiang New Area. The Ganjiang New Area has become the second national-level new area in central China and the 18th in the country. It is located between Nanchang and Jiujiang, the most economically active areas in Jiangxi Province, 38 kilometers from Nanchang and 80 kilometers from Jiujiang. Located in the core area of the Ganjiang New Area, it connects the Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone and the Nanchang Airport Economic Zone to the south and the Gongqing City group to the north. It is the only fully developed urban area in the new area.

Transportation Advantages:

Subway: Nanchang's subway will be extended to Yongxiu city center in the future.

Railway: The Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway run through the county, and it is only a 40-minute drive from Nanchang High-speed Railway Station.

Highway: Fuyin Expressway and Yongwu Expressway run through Yongxiu.

Airport: 18 kilometers from Nanchang Changbei International Airport and 50 kilometers from Jiujiang Lushan Airport.

Water Transport: 80 kilometers from Jiujiang Port and 38 kilometers from Nanchang Port.

Industrial Environment:

The Ganjiang New Area has the national-level Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the provincial-level Nanchang Airport Economic Zone, the Yongxiu Yunshan Economic Development Zone, the Gongqingcheng High-tech Industrial Park, and the Sanghai Biopharmaceutical Industrial Base, forming a group of advantageous industries with strong competitiveness at home and abroad, including optoelectronic information, biomedicine, intelligent equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, organosilicon, and modern light textiles.

Industrial Support:

The new area and its surrounding areas have gathered 3/5 of Jiangxi's scientific research institutions, 2/3 of its colleges and universities, and more than 70% of its scientific research personnel. It has 18 national-level and 220 provincial-level key laboratories, engineering (technology) research centers, enterprise technology centers, and a number of maker spaces and incubators (including 7 national-level ones).

The park has supporting living facilities such as a demonstration center, an activity center, staff apartments, and a staff canteen.
