Xiangtan Robot Industry Park is located in the Erqiao North area of Xiangtan High-tech Development Zone, covering 3240 mu (approximately 216 hectares). It is situated at a strategic point along the Belt and Road Initiative. It comprises one institute, one park, and three bases:

Robot Joint Research Institute:

Industry 4.0 Industrial Park:

Clusters of robot processing factories, special robot production factories, and Industry 4.0 production and manufacturing factories

Robot R&D and Innovation Base:

Industry 4.0 Development Center, Special Robot Center, Military Robot Center, Service Robot Center, Robot Industry Financial Center, Robot Industry Education Center, Robot Industry Cultural Tourism Center, and Robot Industry Service Center;

Intelligent Health Industry Base:

Intelligent Rehabilitation Center, Intelligent Health Management Center, Health Sports Park, and Intelligent Health Care Apartment;

Robot Industry-City Integration Service Base:

Theme commercial street, expert apartments, community public service center, and smart community projects.

Location Advantages:

Xiangtan is a major industrial city in central and southern China. The Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway and the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway intersect in the city area, and the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, the Shanghai-Kunming Railway, and the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway crisscross within the city. The Chang-Zhu-Tan intercity railway under construction will soon create a 30-minute economic circle among the three cities.

Industrial Environment

During the First Five-Year Plan period, Xiangtan was one of the 23 key industrial cities in China. Xiangtan Iron & Steel, Xiangtan Electric Machinery, Jiangnan, and Jianglu, among other equipment manufacturing enterprises, have become the leading force in industrial economic development, forming four traditional industries: metallurgy, electromechanical, chemical, and textile. Due to the implementation of the "Strengthening Industry and Enriching the City" strategy, Xiangtan has formed six major key emerging industrial clusters: advanced equipment, new energy, electronic information, automobiles and parts, and food.

The robot industry park is located along the Xiangjiang River, serving as a new urban development engine with a multi-faceted integration of ecology, life, and production in a one-axis, one-core, and multiple-node structure.

Located east of Huochang Ring Road, west of Xunda Road, north of Shuyuan Road, and south of Xiaotang Road in Xiangtan High-tech Development Zone.

Planned land area of 3400 mu (approximately 227 hectares), Phase 1: 402 mu (approximately 27 hectares), starting area: 127 mu (approximately 8.5 hectares).
