Liu Qibao, head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, inspected Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd.
On September 18, 2014, Liu Qibao, member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Central Secretariat, and head of the Central Propaganda Department, visited Shenyang Siasun Robot Automation Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection. Wang Min, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Zeng Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; and other relevant provincial and municipal leaders accompanied the inspection. Dr. Qu Daokui, president of Siasun, received the inspection team.
During the inspection, Dr. Qu Daokui, president of Siasun, briefed Liu Qibao and his entourage on the company's current development status, industrial layout, and other matters. Subsequently, Liu Qibao and his entourage visited Siasun's robot processing workshop and observed industrial robots, intelligent mobile robots, and parallel robots under testing.
During the inspection, Liu Qibao affirmed the achievements Siasun has made in recent years. He stated that the robot industry has always been an important pillar of the domestic manufacturing industry's development, and that the progress of an industry depends on correct political guidance. He expressed hope that Siasun would integrate the construction of socialist core values into the company's future development, comprehensively promote the development of the domestic robot industry, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and help China transform from a manufacturing powerhouse to a manufacturing strong nation. He also hoped that Siasun would consolidate its existing advantages while further strengthening innovation in the robot industry, making new and greater contributions to the progress of China's robot industry.
Finally, Liu Qibao highly praised Siasun's innovation capabilities and expressed his approval of the company's robot technology and products, which are comparable to international standards. He also urged the accompanying media personnel to attach great importance to Siasun's publicity work, further expand Siasun's publicity channels, and disseminate more positive information about Siasun overseas, providing favorable public opinion support for Siasun's development.
