On February 23, 2017, Vice Premier Ma Kai of the State Council visited Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. to guide its work, accompanied by Minister Miao Wei of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Mayor Jiang Youwei of Shenyang, and other leaders from relevant ministries, provinces, and cities for a visit and inspection.

Siasun leaders including President Qu Daokui, Vice President Wang Hongyu, and Vice President Li Huaidong received the visitors. President Qu Daokui gave Vice Premier Ma Kai a detailed introduction to Siasun's current development, its nationwide industrial layout, and its international market development: In terms of business segments, Siasun has formed a complete industrial value chain integrating core components, core products, industry solutions, and Industry 4.0; Driven by its large platform strategy, Siasun leverages the combined strength of its industrial platform, innovation platform, financial platform, and education platform to respond to customer needs and rapidly increase its market share in domestic robots; At the same time, Siasun is also cooperating with domestic universities and acquiring German vocational education colleges to fill the talent gap in various industries for robots. Vice Premier Ma Kai also listened to President Qu Daokui's report on Siasun's undertaking of projects led by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2016, and affirmed Siasun's efforts in promoting the process of industrial intelligence and informatization in China.

Following this, Vice Premier Ma Kai and his entourage, accompanied by President Qu Daokui, visited Siasun's digital intelligent workshop for robot production. "The robots used to produce robots are equipped with technologies such as visual recognition, force sensing, and environmental perception, and can dynamically adjust production actions according to order instructions. The entire workshop requires very little human intervention; the warehousing, transportation, assembly, and painting of robot components are all done by robots," President Qu Daokui introduced. Vice Premier Ma Kai nodded frequently and asked, "How is the company's performance?" "Orders increased significantly last year, and we've also had a good start to the year," President Qu Daokui replied.

Intelligent service robots for elderly care, disability assistance, and public places are also one of Vice Premier Ma Kai's areas of concern. "Last year, we made a breakthrough in the application of service robots in the public domain, and this year we will focus on breakthroughs in this area, and several products may be launched in the second half of the year," Qu Daokui introduced: "In the future, we will form a new Industry 4.0 system integrating industrial 4.0, special 4.0, and service 4.0."

Before departing, Vice Premier Ma Kai instructed that after the transition and exploration period during the 12th Five-Year Plan, the popularization and application of various robots will be fully implemented during the 13th Five-Year Plan. While congratulating Siasun on its achievements, he also hoped that Siasun would continue to maintain its innovation capabilities, effectively address the retraining of personnel after the large-scale application of robots, and proactively consider issues such as the coordinated development of industry and finance, to make greater contributions to China's economic transformation!
