Head:
The brain of the SIASUN intelligent service robot is also its control system, which was independently developed by SIASUN. The system application functions are designed in a completely anthropomorphic way, boasting advantages such as strong practicality, high motion precision, low manual intervention rate, and convenient operation.
The control system of the SIASUN intelligent service robot was developed and designed by the SIASUN Research Institute over many years. From the early first-generation control system with only human-computer interaction functions, it has evolved into the current third-generation intelligent service robot product that integrates voice interaction, intelligent control, and visual recognition. Currently, the SIASUN intelligent service robot has functions such as autonomous movement, information dissemination, security monitoring, and talent performances. Users can interact with the robot through touch screens, voice, remote controls, and remote networks.
Arms:
Different from previous intelligent service robots, the flexible movement characteristics of the limbs of the third-generation SIASUN intelligent service robot are based on the newly developed intelligent service robot motion control system. At the same time, to further meet the flexible limb movement of the robot, there has been a major breakthrough in the design of the body joints.
Although the robot joint control still uses servo motors to complete the movement, the difference from the traditional industrial control system is that this intelligent service robot product has 5 degrees of freedom per arm, 10 degrees of freedom in total for both arms, and can simultaneously coordinate with the leg movement to complete all command actions. This places new demands on the robot's multi-axis coordinated control capabilities. SIASUN integrates the existing advantages of industrial robotic arm control technology, motion control technology, and anthropomorphic bionics, continuously improving and enhancing the robot's motion precision based on the original control system, and improving situations such as sticking, stopping, stalling, and shaking that occur during the robot's movement. The 8-degree-of-freedom movement of both arms uses anthropomorphic bionic design, and the arms can independently or coordinately complete simple actions such as picking up objects, performing courteous postures, and guiding customers.
Legs and Torso:
A stable lower body is essential to support flexible upper limbs, and the lower limb load-bearing and movement capabilities of the third-generation SIASUN intelligent service robot are equally outstanding. SIASUN intelligent mobile robot products have shown excellent market performance, and the leg and torso movement technology of the third-generation intelligent service robot product is developed based on the advantages of intelligent mobile robot products.
The lower limb structure of the third-generation intelligent service robot adopts a steel frame full-support structure, and the movement system consists of a set of servo steering wheels and four sets of tracking wheels. The multi-point support structure ensures the stability of the robot's lower limb structure, and the reasonable mechanical structure design also ensures effective support for the robot's upper limb structure and control board components. The motion unit developed based on intelligent mobile robot technology has good motion and navigation performance, ensuring the stable operation of the intelligent service robot.
The SIASUN intelligent service robot can currently handle tasks such as welcoming guests, guiding, and human-computer interaction. It is now widely used in government service halls, science and technology museums, restaurants, and hotels, as well as in themed exhibitions and corporate exhibition halls. We believe that more intelligent service robots serving our daily lives in the future will bring us even more surprises.
