On November 27, Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd. and Anyang City's Integrated Urban-Rural Development Demonstration Zone signed a main cooperation agreement for the Anyang Xin Song Intelligent Elderly Care Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park project. Wang Hongbing, Secretary of the Anyang County Committee (Anyang City Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Party Committee); Wang Zhengmao, Executive Deputy Director of the Anyang City Integrated Urban-Rural Development Demonstration Zone; Sang Haibin, Director of the Anyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Long Jichong, Director of the Anyang County (Anyang City Integrated Urban-Rural Development Demonstration Zone) Commerce Bureau; Hu Zhijun, person in charge of the Intelligent Manufacturing Bureau; Guo Xiaojun, Director of the People's Congress of Anyang County Gaozhuang Town; Wu Xinghua, Chief Development Officer and Chairman of the Industrial Operation Group of Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd.; Qu Hongbo, General Manager of Investment Development; Yu Baoshan, Investment Planning Supervisor; Wang Bin, Assistant to the Chairman; and other relevant officials attended the event. The main cooperation agreement signed this time plans to invest in the construction of the "Anyang Xin Song Intelligent Elderly Care Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park" project, jointly creating a nationally renowned intelligent elderly care industry demonstration zone, establishing a regionally leading robot intelligent elderly care equipment production base, and building a smart and ecological intelligent elderly care demonstration community.

The project is located in the Anyang City Integrated Urban-Rural Development Demonstration Zone, covering a total area of approximately 300 mu (approximately 20 hectares), and is divided into three functional sections.

First, establish an intelligent elderly care equipment demonstration and experience center supported by intelligent elderly care robots and equipment, and guided by activities such as education and science popularization, visits and experiences, vocational training, forums and summits, and academic exchanges. This will strengthen market promotion, improve public awareness of the intelligent elderly care industry, promote industry demonstration and development, and enhance the reputation of the intelligent elderly care industry.

Second, build an "Intelligent Elderly Care Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park" mainly consisting of a service robot manufacturing factory and an intelligent elderly care equipment production base, providing effective impetus for the development of Anyang's intelligent elderly care industry.

Third, practice the "robot +" concept, apply robots and intelligent elderly care technology to achieve three service functions: intelligent rehabilitation, intelligent care, and health recuperation. This will create an intelligent elderly care scenario application demonstration community featuring robot management, robot experience, and robot services.

The establishment of the Xin Song Intelligent Elderly Care Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in the Anyang City Integrated Urban-Rural Development Demonstration Zone reflects Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd.'s recognition and affirmation of Anyang's development prospects, service level, and business environment.
