Sino-German SIASUN Education Group acquires Trotec Vocational Training College
On February 4th, the signing ceremony for the acquisition of the German Trotec Vocational Training College by the Sino-German SIASUN Education Group was held in Shenyang.
The Sino-German SIASUN Education Group was jointly established by Shenyang SIASUN Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. and Anxin Consulting Company, with an initial registered capital of 100 million RMB. The German Trotec College has a history of over a century and is one of the most professional re-education and training institutions in mechanical engineering in Germany. Its training programs cover the main manufacturing processes in the manufacturing industry, cultivating students who achieve a high level of technical proficiency and are recognized by many well-known companies worldwide.
This acquisition makes the Sino-German SIASUN Education Group the first domestic company to acquire a German vocational education institution, and it is the first to introduce the advanced educational concepts and operating experience of the German dual-system into China, addressing the shortage of senior technicians and engineers in enterprises. In the future, the Group will strive to build the largest high-end vocational skills training institution in the country with overseas teaching bases.
It is understood that Shenyang City will actively create conditions and fully support the college's construction, promoting the combination of the German dual-system teaching model and Shenyang's vocational education to comprehensively improve the overall quality of professional and technical personnel in Shenyang.
