　　Huize Boyuan Robotics Investment Co., Ltd. (now renamed Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd.) increased its capital contribution to Shenyang Anxin Consulting Co., Ltd. by RMB 35 million, holding a 70% stake; Anxin Consulting acquired 100% equity of Teutloff Training and Welding Technology Training Non-profit Limited Liability Company for €3.6 million.

Teutloff is one of the most professional vocational re-education and training institutions in mechanical engineering in Germany.
