Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd.'s first "Employee Lecture Hall" training session has successfully concluded.
2018 Year 12 Month 29 In the afternoon of day, the first "Employee Lecture Hall" training activity organized by the Human Resources Center of Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd. was officially launched in the large conference room on the second floor of the headquarters. The lecturer for the first Employee Lecture Hall was Mr. Liu Xinjian, the company's chief talent officer.
The purpose of the "Employee Lecture Hall" training activity is to implement the company's relevant management system, create a good learning atmosphere, enable employees to have a deeper and more thorough understanding of the company's systems and processes, and improve employee enthusiasm and initiative.
This lecture hall is divided into two parts: "sharing" and "dissemination". Mr. Liu Xinjian, the company's chief talent officer, gave a wonderful sharing on the theme of "How High Execution is Forged" through short stories, short videos, case studies, and on-site interaction. Following this, Mr. Liu combined practical work problems and gave a detailed explanation of the systems and processes that employees are most concerned about in the human resources system, such as leave, business trips, training, probationary period assessment, job transfers, and business trips.
At the training session, employees actively participated and asked questions, creating a lively atmosphere and achieving good training results. To ensure the effectiveness of the dissemination, the "Employee Lecture Hall" training activity will be held once a month to improve the effectiveness and relevance of employee work.
Relevant personnel from various departments of the company, along with 40 many others, participated in this training session.
