On the morning of October 12, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yinchuan Xin Song Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park of Xin Song Robot Investment Co., Ltd. was grandly held. Jiang Zhigang, Deputy Secretary of the Ningxia Autonomous Regional Party Committee and Secretary of the Yinchuan Municipal Party Committee; Xu Huadong, Deputy Mayor of Yinchuan; Zhao Bo, Secretary of the Helan County Party Committee; and major officials from the Autonomous Region's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Science and Technology Department, Commerce Department, Development and Reform Commission, Yinchuan City, Helan County, and the military-civilian integration industrial park attended the ceremony.

The first phase of the Yinchuan Xin Song Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park covers an area of 267,457.4㎡ (approximately 400 mu), with a total planned floor area of 213,229.6 square meters and a total construction area of 126,692.2 square meters. The plot ratio is 0.8, and the building density is 39.63%. Based on the natural and cultural heritage of Yinchuan, incorporating the concept of Yinchuan Phoenix City, and combining Xin Song's own scientific research strength and complete industrial chain system, a new industrial park that is "technological, intelligent, humanistic, and ecological" will be created.

As the capital of Ningxia, an important central city in the Northwest region, and a node city of the Belt and Road Initiative, Yinchuan is focusing on "Made in China 2025" and "Industry 4.0" transformation and upgrading.
